Requirements for the Gas
1.The gas must be impeccably clean and free from floating water or any dissociative substances. This purity is crucial to ensure seamless operation and longevity of the generator.
2. Gas thermal value must be ≥5000 kcal/l. Maintaining a thermal value of at least 5000 kcal/l guarantees optimal performance. If the thermal value falls below this threshold, you might experience a reduction in the power output of your gas generator sets.
3.The sulfur content must not exceed 250 mg/m³. Should the gas contain more sulfur than this limit, it is imperative to employ a desulfurization process. This step is essential for safeguarding the equipment and maintaining the quality and efficiency of the generator.
Note: Excessive sulfur content can cause severe damage to engine components. Protect your investment by ensuring sulfur levels are controlled, thus prolonging the life and reliability of your machinery.
