1. Filtering Device and Storage Canister: Typically, customers should already possess these components when undertaking treatment engineering. Ensure that these components are in optimal condition for efficient performance.
2.Desulfurization Device
Requirements for the Gas
1.The gas must be completely free from floating water or any dissociative substances. This ensures optimal performance and longevity of the system.
2. Gas thermal value must be ≥5000 kcal/l. If the thermal value falls below 5000 kcal/l, the power output of the gas generator sets will decrease. Ensure a consistent thermal value for reliable energy production.
3.The sulfur content must not exceed 250 mg/m³. If the gas contains more sulfur, a desulfurization process is required. It is imperative to maintain low sulfur levels to prevent damage and ensure efficient operation.
Note: Excessive sulfur content can cause severe damage to engine components. Regular monitoring and maintenance are essential for prolonged equipment life.
